Funding Co-ordinator and Bid Writer– Consultancy Basis

Caistor and District Community Trust wish to engage on a consultancy basis a Funding Co-ordinator and Bid Writer to prepare applications to be submitted to grant funding bodies. The initial contract will be to prepare grant funding bids for the restoration and regeneration project of 2-4 Market Place, Caistor,  Lincolnshire. The Bid Writer should have extensive experience and knowledge of  HLF and heritage funding processes.  Evidence gathering, reporting, working with other stake holders as required. In addition, knowledge and understanding of the architectural and commercial challenges of the area would be beneficial.
